Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Booking Policy:
All appointments require a valid card on file to secure your spot. Fees are never charged without notice; this policy is simply to respect both your time and mine.
